Dear Mr. Yordy,

Thank you for contacting our corporate office regarding your HP Home & Home Office Store order. We were very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your shopping experience and apologize for any inconvenience that resulted when your order didn’t ship as expected. We did issue you a $50 coupon which the notes in your order indicate you received for your inconvenience. You order did in fact ship out today and is showing and estimated delivery date of 12/17/09. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know. Yes, I recieved the email, but you never communicated with me regarding the ship date. What good is a lousy $50 coupon for all my time, plus you put 50 million restrictions on it.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenince and appreciate your feedback. Good, because more feedback is coming.

Here is the info you need for this follow-up. It seems to be frustration:

CU Name: Mr. Yordy

CU expectation: To hear back from HHO within 2 days pls. E-mail ok.

CU called HHO to inquired about order# and rcvd w/very poor attitude from someone who didn’t speak English too well.

It took CU 10 hrs to get order to go through.

CU called HHO for ship date and was told to check the ‘Estimated Ship Date’: It was to ship 12-8.

Today is 12-10 and the Estim Ship Dt reads the same: 12-8.

CU called HHO to ask about coupon he received and was told that if he received the coupon he would have also received the

E-mail informing him of the delay in shipment. CU insists he only received the coupon, no e-mail.

CU said this is the first time dealing w/HP and it has been nothing but frustration, and no PC yet.
